The picture above is one of the dogs' necks.
(Click on the pictures to see a larger image)These were two males that the outreach program came across a few months ago. Their situation was pretty bad and we put in a call to AC. They eventually confiscated the dogs and charged the owner with neglect. When the dogs were removed, it was discovered that they were in even worse shape than we first thought.
There has been one court date so far, this is the second. At the first one, the woman pled not guilty.
